| Greenheart Resources Holdings Lmited and its subsidiaries ("the Greenheart Group") is one of the largest natural forest owners and operators in Suriname, South America. The Greenheart Group currently owns approximately 178,000 hectares of natural tropical forest concessions and cutting rights in Suriname with plans to significantly expand the current hectarage in the near future. The concessions owned by the Group comprise 13% of the total available land which is subject to concessions of this type. |

| The Greenheart Group assembled a highly experienced team in the industry and commenced harvesting operations in November 2005. The Greenheart Group's business plan is to process all logs harvested into lumber for sale. Processing logs into lumber adds higher economic value, simplifies the distribution logistics, lower transportation costs and gives more marketing flexibility. The Group is planning to build two sawmills, each with an annual output capacity of 40,000 to 50,000 m3 of lumber which will be capable of processing 200,000 to 250,000 m3 of logs. These two sawmills are expected to be fully operational by the end of
2008.
